Physicist David Bohm, — who Albert Einstein called “a kindred spirit,” and whose Ph.D. thesis — being top secret and classified — was awarded at the University of California at Berkeley by none other than Robert Oppenheimer — tells us that our physical reality is a holographic projection of the brain and five senses.
Protection and the art and science of manifesting dreams
The holographic projection is a physical reality, the energy of which is emotional in nature. What you focus on in feeling, primarily, is what manifests as events in your life.
Repeating events are due to your emotions more so than apparent threats, people or circumstances. This is hard to accept for many, but once it is understood, you can avail yourself of unwanted threats and the risk of being harmed.
Your beliefs give rise to your thoughts and both generate emotions. If you think you are unsafe, you are going to feel scared or paranoid. If this goes on for a long enough time, the energy of the fear will manifest itself as a threat. That physical threat will then make you feel even more fearful.
This is how people become trapped by their own beliefs and fears.
You do have protection, however. If your inner intentions do not involve experiencing certain kinds of threats, you will not experience those kinds of situations in your life. If you affirm strongly that you do not intend to experience something disliked, that too can protect you from manifesting your fears.
We are here to learn how to direct thoughts and emotions in beneficial ways. A positive focus will displace fear and negativity. There is a delay between when you think something and its manifestation. Some people may have a way to go because of the momentum of negative thoughts and resulting experiences.
Disassociation through art or a consuming passion, especially of a positive nature, no matter what it is or how strange it may seem to be, will also break up fears and redirect your energy into the creation of favorable events.
Always base your life on your best dreams and greatest happiness potential. Go for the gold, always. If you do that and if you act on your dreams and ideals, and develop your potential in every way possible, the universe will protect you from harm.

International Philosophy
The mind does filter perception on a conscious and subconscious level according to what you believe, think and feel. That alone will cause you to notice things that could help you achieve those goals you are focused on. However, perception is only one aspect of the mind’s functioning.
The mind creates and projects. The projection — your physical environment and life — is composed of consciousness. This view is supported by the science.

International philosophy is based on the idea that we are fundamentally good rather than naturally inclined to do wrong, with the knowledge that what we believe is physically manifested. Flawed beliefs generate flawed behavior in the same way a faulty operating program in a good computer will cause it to run improperly.
The science shows that our beliefs are physically manifest. What we believe is true, becomes true. This is literally and factually true. Until we realize this fact, the world’s problems will grow worse because we will lack the understanding that will allow us to solve those problems.

I discovered a treasure while cleaning up trash along a country road
At age seven I told my friend, “If you do good things, good things will happen to you,” as I pointed to a rock in an old stone wall and asked him to hand it to me. We had collected roadside trash and put it in a depression in the ground. We had been cleaning up a local road after school back in 1970, before the environmental movement even began.
I dropped the rock on the trash to conceal it (all that we knew to do at that age). With the trash buried, I turned to look at my friend. There had been a shoe box filled with old coins behind the rock I had asked for and he had the coins spread out on top of the stone wall. We filled our pockets and headed home to tell everyone we had discovered treasure! It was one of the moments you can never forget and perhaps the best day of my early childhood.

How to create what you want
The universe will bring you whatever you want by way of the law of attraction. What you think about most, you get. If you focus on your bills or people you dislike, more bills and more people you dislike will show up.
For those who can focus on what they want, success is easy and comes fast, but for others it does not. This is because of their beliefs. Your beliefs lead naturally to thoughts and emotions that support them. If you are convinced that you are not wealthy or unable to attract what you need, that belief can easily be changed.
Emotions are the key. The emotions associated with prosperity can diminish the beliefs you have that keep you stuck where you are.
Visualization is powerful. Visualize what you want and fill yourself with the joy and appreciation of success or having attracted the wealth and things you are after.
You don’t have to work at visualizing and feeling wealthy all the time if you have doubts. Stay inspired and visualize what you want once or twice a day. By doing it this way you won’t be as likely to arouse doubts from the doubting part of your mind.
In the interim, while you are patently waiting for your dreams to begin manifesting, do not think about what you do not like. Do not dwell on inflation or high grocery prices, for example. Instead, learn to show gratitude for everything that exists in your home and in your life.
I also teach the importance of intellectual understanding of how reality works to reinforce your new approach of attracting wealth. Anything you can do to reinforce the methods you are using is going to help you.
You must, for example, believe that your thoughts have real substance and power while you are saying your affirmations of abundance. You must believe that you are going to get results.
Repetition of positive affirmations that counter previous thinking is imperative. How much repetition depends on your beliefs. You will know what you do and do not believe by how you feel. When you intuitively sense the need for positive affirmations and reinforcement, visit my daily affirmation and guidance post. This is how you attract abundance.
Use my books, or free daily affirmation and guidance post; or post-it-notes all through your house and in you car or wherever you go, to remind yourself of what you need to be thinking to get what you want in life. The better able you are to change old attitudes and thinking habits, the faster you are going to attract what you want.
You attract by what you are, so work on your thinking and emotions. Change what you are and you attract differently.
Intellectual understanding can help. When you understand that beliefs, thoughts and emotions are powerful and transformative electromagnetic energy, then you will feel your thought’s power going out into the universe and drawing what you want to you.

How to create what you want (tips and secrets)
You can learn how to create what you want through trial and error, but you could end up spending a lot of time trying to get rid of what you don’t want. It is much wiser to create only what you want.
All events are created in the spacious present and not in time-space. The realization that your beliefs, thoughts and emotions combine is critical to success. Realize that similar thoughts collect and form into inner structures we call dreams or daydreams. The further inward we go the more vivid and real these structures become until we do not even realize we are dreaming.
Emotions connect ideas in the mind. Certain emotions will trigger specific memories. These structures grow on inner levels. You become your inner self on the deepest level. Here you perceive these structures according to what you believe, and your intents and purposes in life.
As you come closer to the level at which creation takes place you act out roles in movies composed of consciousness. You form events in the same way you create dreams. On the deepest level you decide what dream event will be manifest as a physical event.
You have a brilliant intellect and intuitive intelligence beyond comprehension.
Not only do you see your own reactions in advance, on these deeper levels you are aware of your effect on others and the actions they will take in response to the events you manifest. You see everything. If you knew just how intelligent you were, your confidence would soar.
The inner structures that evolve into events are your own creation. You decide exactly what you will create. There are no accidents. You choose everything.
You can take control of your life with this simple realization.
Every moment is precious, unique and packed with powerful energy. Individual thoughts and emotions make a difference. Your environment is a consciousness projection made out of the stuff of thoughts and emotions. To change the quality of your thoughts and emotions, is to change your environment instantly and literally.
To manifest events requires more time. There is a lag between when a goal held in mind and its eventual manifestation. If you can refrain from doubts, impatience and negativity between a thought’s inception and its manifestation, you will experience the expedited and concentrated form of your goals manifest before your very eyes.
You can create what you want with hard work and determined action, but how will your thoughts and emotions add constructive energy to that intent and purpose? What you create through your honorable work and action may not last if you do not focus your beliefs, thoughts and emotions as you do your physical actions. It is necessary to have energy moving in the direction of what you want in life, or the work you do may not get you to that final destination.
When we set out to achieve a goal we get caught up in our work and that becomes our focus. Where you focus your attention is where your life energy moves. If attention is taken off your goals and put on obstacles, work or frustrations you may be at risk of falling into a trap that is quite common.
Keep your energy focused on what you want out of life.

Internal self-talk consists of little statements as to what is or is not true that you say silently in your head to yourself all the time. This is where your opportunity to control present and future events comes from
If we believe we are not safe and secure in our existence, or that we cannot trust that existence, then anything good, we believe, will be taken from us. In an unsafe universe we expect others to come after it. And even before that happens, we believe in scarcity or limited supply. Your mind chatter will reflect that. You will find yourself focusing on the negatives and your fears.
To make metaphysical manifesting work optimally we need to have all of our beliefs aimed at the goal and supporting our ability to manifest what we want. This means that you have to get rid of the negative mind chatter.
Affirmations to create what you want (tips and secrets)
You can use affirmations to create what you want. All you are doing by using affirmations is changing your internal self-talk that goes on in your head all the time. By saying what you want to believe in an affirmation you are altering the thinking patterns and the energy you project to create what you want. Once that is done, your inner self and the universe — both of which are of good intent and want to help you — will send you impulses that will lead you to what you want want.
The nature of reality is such that we are supposed to manifest what we want simply by thinking about it. We are here on earth to learn how to do that. We are to learn how to direct energy correctly before we can advance to even more fulfilling experiences.
The physical cells in your body are formed from a non-physical cell counterpart that is indelible. That portion of the whole body formation retains the memories of your lifetime. These memories are organized by emotional association. They are living structures within consciousness that can be activated by conscious thought.
Once activated, you will remember past events that are connected by a common emotional theme. As you play these memories and emotions in your mind and body you are directing this desirable energy into whatever avenues of manifestation are open to you. By thinking of something pleasing from your past you are engaging an inner creative process that will work for you to manifest more of the same.
If you do not block the process through impeding assumptions, the events and emotions you are focusing on will manifest new versions of the desired previous experiences you have brought to the surface with the directive power of your conscious mind.
How long you are able to maintain a backdrop of positive thoughts and emotions will determine how effective you are in your ability to create more of the same kind of events as your best memories. Wed a constructive mind-set and positive emotions with intelligently thought-out actions toward your goals and taking care of yourself and you will find that everything goes your way in life.

If you are into formal visualization, spend about five to ten minutes at a time visualizing what you want to manifest and/or feeling the wish fulfilled. Rather than thinking about what you want with the assumption that you do not have it, change the assumption during this period of time. Make believe that you are living in the full realization of what you want. Do not allow contrary thoughts for this time. This should be a concentrated and focused effort.
Tips and secrets: When you are done, affirm the result will be forthcoming and then divert your mind to something else. The inner self works best after you have done this exercise and are focused on another subject. Realize that work is being done on inner levels to make your request come to fruition.
Tips and secrets: Refrain from lapsing into doubt or disbelief while you are waiting for the manifestation. Maintain confidence and a positive focus. Do not entertain conflicting beliefs and assumptions. Be patient and have faith in yourself, the process and the universe itself. Keep learning.
Tips and secrets: When nothing seems to be happening on the outside, a lot is happening on the inside. Create the feeling of a lot of work getting done on inner levels. Imagine magical and logical processes working on your behalf to bring you what you are asking for. This will help your inner self to do exactly that.
If you do not know what I mean by “work getting done on inner levels” you will benefit from understanding how events are formed on inner levels of consciousness.
Free yourself of all limitations
To be 100% free of all limitations, do not think about your limitations any more than you have to. Follow the same principles given above and continue to study the principles of manifestation and gratitude.
- You can change your thinking from negative to positive by feeling gratitude.
- When you feel gratitude and appreciation you tend to stop the mind from arguing that what you are trying to do will not work.
- By manifesting with feelings of appreciation and gratitude you create without invoking internal argument.
- Appreciation and gratitude are expressions of being within the wish fulfilled.
- Feeling the wish fulfilled will manifest more of the wish fulfilled.
- Gratitude is powerful and practical.
- The room you are in is a projection of your own emotional energy.
- How you think and feel literally changes the room.
- More importantly, emotions manifest events.
- Gratitude will manifest more events to be grateful for.
Appreciation creates more of what is appreciated. Appreciation amplifies and then multiplies what is already positive in your life. What could be better?
I use affirmations every day. It is hard to overdo it. It takes a few minutes to find the perfect affirmation for that day and to repeat it, but you always are glad you did it.
