Healthy, positive living in Hawaii. This could be an alternative lifestyle community depending on what you want. If you have anything and if we pool enough resources, we may be able to get this going.
Lots begin around $7,000.00 US., although there is a 2.7 acre plot I love on Government Beach Road available now. It is more expensive, but if enough people pooled their resources, maybe we could swing it. I can go there now as an agent and scope it out if you are interested and if you have some money.

This could potentially be an international community
How would you like to relate to people in a positive way in a tropical paradise? You can buy lots on the island of Hawaii direct for as little as $7,000 US dollars.
Although it’s a volcanic island, people live longer here than almost anywhere else in the world. It is as healthy an environment as you can find anywhere on earth.
It is a low risk way to get your own land. It is overwhelmingly safe because the risk of volcanic activity affecting this land is very low. They type of volcanic activity, if it did occur, would be slow moving lava. I probably wouldn’t occur, but if it did, it wouldn’t pose a life risk. You can walk faster than the lava moves if and when it does.
The land here is inexpensive because of volcanic activity. However, this exotic feature makes it possible for just about anybody to own, and there is almost no risk to life and limb.
This is not an island that is going to explode like Pompeii. If there is an eruption, the lava flow is a crawl and poses little risk to human life, only to property.
The odds are good that nothing will happen and the land will appreciate in value. Houses sell for over 10 million on the other side of the island and up to two million in lava risk 1 and 2 zones. The Pahoa side is wetter but that makes it the most gorgeous place on earth, full of tropical fruit trees, with a black sand beach nearby and not a lot of tourists in the area compared to other regions in Hawaii.
As far as lava risk goes, there are three levels of risk, and you can buy level-two or three and avoid the higher level-one lava risk lots.
There are areas on the Big Island of Hawaii where homes typically cost between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. If it wasn’t a desirable place to live, people wouldn’t be paying this much for homes on the island.

Lots are available to purchase now, or you can contact us to see if we can set something up that will help to make this move a reality for you. Living with like-minded spiritual people with a positive and humanitarian mindset isn’t any different than living in any community except the people around you will generally be more positive and at ease.
There are benefits to surrounding yourself with positive people. I am advertising this as an experiment, but it’s not anything weird, just a nice place to live that is no different than any other development. If it does succeed, however, it could increase in value. If we are successful and people value what we are doing, demand could increase and value could go even higher.

You don’t need a degree to realize that there are a lot of problems in the world. Those problems have internal causes.
We will do our best to eliminate those causes in this community and will convey our expectations to those who live here. People here tend to be more at ease and friendlier.
In 1969 the Woodstock festival in New York revealed that half a million kids could coexist without any incidents of violence or crime. This was a result of the attitude, beliefs and focus of the youth participating. Specific beliefs will bring about harmonious behavior. If we are successful in creating a community that excels in a variety of ways and demonstrates that people can live together with little or no crime, we will become a model for the world and the price of your property will skyrocket. If it gets really good, and it may, we may work from this location to improve the world.

My heart has been set on this area of Hawaii for several years now. It took a while to find the perfect place to develop a community.

Is Pahoa Hawaii a good place to live?
South of Hilo on the island of Hawaiʻi’s easternmost tip lies the Puna district and town of Pāhoa, known for its free-spirited vibe.
The area is known for its high life expectancy
Pahoa has restaurants, a post office, banks, grocery stores, organic food market, gyms, fast food, gas stations, black sand beaches and places to explore. We will be growing all our own exotic tropical fruit, fresh food and coffee. There are also many outdoor activities to enjoy for healthy living. These facts are partially responsible for the fact that there are only three places on earth where people live as long as they do in Puna.
A Forbes article says, “Using federal data from the Centers for Disease Control, Bureau of Economic Analysis and the Census Bureau… found that Hawaii has the highest overall ranking of all states with a life expectancy of 80.7 years.”
Something that will work
When it comes to solving world problems, the more conventional approaches don’t work — they are what got us into trouble in the first place. We are offering something different that will stop violence, division, unhappiness, illness, and will create peace and prosperity.
People are coming together now. We have a new initiative to create a better kind of civilization with less negativity, degradation and chaos.

The beliefs we share are as follows
International philosophy is based on the idea that we are fundamentally good rather than naturally inclined to do wrong, with the knowledge that what we believe is physically manifest. Flawed beliefs generate flawed behavior in the same way a faulty operating program in a good computer will cause it to run improperly.
