The mind does filter perception on a conscious and subconscious level according to what you believe, think and feel. That alone will cause you to notice things that could help you achieve those goals you are focused on. However, perception is only one aspect of the mind’s functioning.
The mind creates and projects. The projection — your physical environment and life — is composed of consciousness. This view is supported by the science.

The problem of acceptance is prejudice, not lack of evidence
There is more evidence that consciousness creates reality than there is evidence that black holes exist. There is more evidence supporting Internal Science theory than physicalism.

“If you want to understand reality, who and what you are, and how matter is formed from energy, combine these two views and look at reality not through the lens of physicalism, but through the worldview that takes the source of the physical universe into account.
“Look at what the facts are telling us: The two most widely referenced experiments in quantum physics—the double-slit experiment and the observer effect—are telling us that the physical universe is a projection.
“This makes perfect sense: Particles and events exist on an inner level of the universe as probabilities (which are infinite in number). From a deeper level of reality (a nonphysical field of potential), the mind projects specific observed events. How you are creating a three-dimensional movie—your life
Imagine that in your living room you put on a holographic headset. At the click of a switch, you seem to no longer be in your living room.
Your senses are now telling you that you are actually on a tropical beach. As you reach down to touch the imaginary sand, sensor pads in gloves you are wearing give the sensation of pressure on your fingers.
This is an analogy to explain the purpose of your body and brain. Your body and brain are like a holographic headset that allows you to perceive a 3D movie you call your life.
You are not moving through time and space from birth to death―THAT IS THE PROJECTION YOU ARE CREATING.
If you do not see the objects behind you, they do not exist physically. There is a field of infinite probabilities behind you. When you turn to see what is there, you collapse one specific probability from an infinite range of probable events.
When you become aware of how you are creating your reality, you can awaken from the trance. It is then that you can create a-dream-come-true, in which you are surrounded by your every wish. By applying the principles of conscious creation carefully, I will tell you exactly how you can bring the production in line with what you want.

Your consciousness is altruistic
International philosophy is based on the idea that we are fundamentally good rather than naturally inclined to do wrong, with the knowledge that what we believe is physically manifest. Flawed beliefs generate flawed behavior in the same way a faulty operating program in a good computer will cause it to run improperly.

He says this because your beliefs create your reality
Your beliefs create your reality and you can change your beliefs and thoughts with affirmations.
The beliefs that were programmed into use when we were children are based on physicalism combined with negative views that were transferred from religion to Darwinism.
Only by changing your beliefs and thinking habits can you redirect inner energy to change what you experience in life.
This does not have to be difficult to do.

50 years researching a new paradigm of reality.
Why is it called “secret wisdom?”
Thoughts attract others like themselves and repel their opposite. This is how we have built our current mainstream worldview. It also explains why people see what they want to see. This principle accounts for the difficulty of educating and the division in the world today.
I began researching the principles I now teach at age 13
At age 13, I wasn’t the most popular kid in school. Middle class with no contacts in the academic community, I applied the principle that thoughts create matter using visualization. I imagined myself a great architect and solar inventor reducing America’s fossil fuel dependence and in the limelight.
It all happened so fast that it made my head spin.
Within a few months my solar homes were being built in my hometown. At 13 years old a Yale Professor called my mother to ask me to work in his private research and development firm on a modern version of an astrolabe. Soon afterwards I was on the entire front page of our local newspaper as ‘The Kid with the Sun in His Eyes.’ By 18 I had a contract with the American Supply Company. At the Capitol of the constitution state the eyes of the world were on me as I unveiled a full-scale model of my modular solar system at the annual energy exposition in Hartford Connecticut.
I was so successful applying the principle “that thoughts create” that I set my goals higher. I had something more important to do.

Are you denying the world your genius?
We’re taught to be humble from a very young age. This is flat out wrong. To be quiet, to hide our accomplishments, keep our opinions to ourselves and never express our true music and genius is a pathetic form of self-denial.
The world needs your greatness. It’s your nature and it’s what you have to offer, don’t deny or fear it.
Playing small and being humble is denial. Why would you deny the world the very best you have to offer?
The only mistake is to think that you are better than others. You are not alone in your greatness; everyone is as great as you are. Everyone expresses greatness in their own unique or great way. This is the bedrock of understanding that produces a true humanitarian like Tesla.
Are you so smart that people don’t understand you?
Tesla is the only scientist who gave the world two fundamental technologies. He illuminated the world with electricity and invented wireless transmission (the radio, radar, etc.). He was so incredibly smart that he was in a different paradigm of reality.
For this reason, he wasn’t given the credit he deserved.

Be daring, brave and confident
To create what you want, you must be very brave. You must be willing to dispense with the comfort of mainstream myths that you may have previously believed in. When it comes down to it, most people cannot completely let go of familiar beliefs. We have habitual ways in which we use our mind. We may take comfort in complaining or blaming certain people. The Puritian work ethic may have been internalized as our value system. Even perception can be habitual. Weather patterns in certain locations may be perceived as gloomy. Ordinary living may look drab and dull. Often, we are addicted to the idea that other people and situations prevent our success. Our institutions and societies are based on the idea of powerlessness, victimization and unworthiness.
Here, again, I can help you change your thinking. When you learn to master your mind, you realize that you have got it made.
No one can stop your thoughts and dreams from manifesting
Other people and situations, no matter what they are, cannot prevent your desires from manifesting.
Beliefs are the strongest kind of thoughts; they are thoughts that we have invested with strong conviction. Your beliefs generate thoughts and emotions, and all three create your reality.
Affirmations can help change your beliefs.
We lose our ability to manifest positive events as we grow up
You can manifest what you want easily when you are a child. However, as we grow up, we learn that thoughts don’t really matter and we end up bogged down in a morass of negative thinking and excessive work and problems. We may at times slip into despair and plead with the universe to give us more than we have. Our inner self hears our pleas and sends help.
However, we usually don’t recognize the help when it comes because we have no way to make sense of it. We may have a burst of inspiration but think it is a message from God or angels.
If we come across a book or website about metaphysics, or a person mentions the power of thought, we will either reject it completely or give it a chance.
If we take the right path and then realize that our thoughts may have the ability to manifest, we then must be able to apply the principles successfully. If we feel we didn’t get the results we expected, the momentum of previous mainstream thinking may snap us out of it. We may say, “This metaphysical stuff doesn’t work!” Reactions vary but it is usually skepticism that leads us back on the lower path in life with everyone else.
“If it’s too good to be true it means it’s not true,” is a negative belief, for example, that can influence us to give up prematurely before our manifesting efforts have had time to work.
Our mind goes back to its focus on problems and the people we blame for them. We may vote for politicians that complain that it’s a certain set of people that are to blame. We may also live a life of discontent or misery, working a job we don’t like and battling with the problems we face because that’s all we are able to manifest.
We have lost our ability to manifest positive events.

Conventional thinking has made life much too difficult. I can understand why so many people can’t get ahead. Our institutions do not usually help but reinforce an entire official belief system based on a distrust of the individual.
The reality we have manifested has become a nightmare, and there is no escape route within the context of conventional thought. You have to break free of what you have been taught to escape, and since what you have been taught is manifested as your reality, it is close to impossible to escape the illusion.
If you have read this far, however, you are way ahead of the general population.
The struggle for survival has manifested, but the struggle is due to beliefs more so than reality itself. Our reality is not naturally negative or difficult. Instead, we have made it that way. The best way to get rid of the negativity is to use my affirmation and guidance page daily and to make a decision to use your mind properly. I can help you if you do that.
If we give up for whatever reason, it means that we have lost our ability to manifest positive events. But not everyone gives up.

Internal Science eliminates contradictions between science and personal human experience
Our traditional science tells us that a person’s purpose is no more than to procreate to ensure the survival of our species. But many people have unusual experiences that science cannot explain, suggesting that the scientific paradigm of physicalism is incomplete.
Internal Science is the study of the inner reality that forms this world. It explains psychic, spiritual synchronistic happenings. Traditional thought does not even admit that an inner reality exists, and there is no consideration given to the connection between thoughts and events.

So while my philosophy is promising and positive, it is not as simple as most people make it out to be. What we are learning here is a whole new paradigm, an entirely new way of thinking and doing things. That may take time and effort, especially in the beginning.
However, I do assure you that for those who succeed in the process that your life can and usually does become amazing. For those who master their minds and apply the principles properly, what ensues is similar to the best experiences they have had in their lives.
Initially it may be just a little less stress or a small amount of money. If you keep at and focus on the gains, they increase. As long as you do not give up or decide it’s not working fast enough, you are going to progress faster and faster. There will be moments when that happens and you will backslide. The less it happens the faster you will move forward.

The problems you experience in life and the challenges we are facing collectively are a product of thousands of years of physicalism. A fundamental mistake that science has made in the past has led to a basic misconception about the nature of reality.
Reality is a holographic projection of your beliefs. What you believe to be true you attract and create.
The beliefs that were programmed into use when we were children are based on physicalism. When combined with negative views that were transferred from religion to Darwinism, the result is horrible.
People are unhappy, unsatisfied and unable to get ahead in life. The beliefs we have learned leave us powerless and dependent.
Only by changing your beliefs and thinking habits can you redirect inner energy to change what you experience in life.

International philosophy is based on the idea that we are fundamentally good rather than naturally inclined to do wrong, with the knowledge that what we believe is physically manifest. Flawed beliefs generate flawed behavior in the same way a faulty operating program in a good computer will cause it to run improperly.
Because our beliefs create our reality, if we learn to believe that the universe is safe, and people are good, we will create that as our reality.

Reality is an ongoing projection, there are no beginnings and endings because there is no time, and each person is a separate dimension of reality created out of the substance of their own consciousness. When four people enter a room, there are four rooms. Each person collapses one room from an infinity of probabilities. The projection is created on inner levels of consciousness by what you believe, think and feel. This is international philosophy — the facts of reality, which I knew at age 12. With that as my starting point, the past 45-years have led to many practical insights that I share in my books and free articles.
Your senses construct the reality they perceive. If you do not see the objects behind you, they do not exist physically. There is a field of infinite probabilities behind and around you. When you turn to see what is there, in that moment you collapse an infinite range of probable events into one specific scene and set of physical objects and events.
Each of your five senses collapses the sense perception it is in charge of. Your eyes specify one probability visually. You are actually surrounded by an infinite field of probabilities, but your physical eyes can only tune into one probability. When you use your physical eyes, you do not see the millions of probable realities that surround you in the spacious present.
All your sense perceptions are coordinated so each perceives the same probability.

Internal Science uses intuition and consciousness itself to determine facts similar to the way Einstein acquired E=MC². Please carefully consider what Einstein is saying in his quotes to understand the superiority of the completely different Internal Science paradigm. I teach application rather than math or traditional external science. Math is useless to discover the truth about reality. All you need to do is remember to always be positive and tap the intelligence within you. You know more than you think you know.
Internal Science has different skill requirements than external science. My qualifications go far beyond what those in the orthodox mainstream science believe is even possible. They are not the usual educational certificates, although I did graduate from technical school at age 18.
Dispensing with the negativity
In recent centuries, objective science — physicalism — has given us a cold and uncaring universe that formed accidentally, and in a resulting process of evolution of life on earth was always hostile to the individual’s good. Never did the universe care about the individual except perhaps as the individual ensured the survival of the species. The holographic universe sounds like a term that continues in this tradition. It does not.
The entire universe is enfolded in the psyche of each person. To express your highest level of intelligence, you have to believe that you have it already within you.

The truth about reality
- The past does not create the present; our beliefs, thoughts and emotion create the past (select our probable past).
- There is no singular, one-world time-line.
- You do not progress in a linear manner within time from birth to death.
- You are not a three-dimensional self moving through three-dimensional world from birth to death.
- You and the world do not exist that way. Nobel Prize winner’s views.
- The world does not exist outside of you (around you).
- That world seemingly “out there” is not the real reality you are in.
- You are not in a single objective reality which you experience as being relatively outside of your control.
- What you see around you and who you apparently are now is only part of your reality.
- The truth is much more beautiful than you can imagine.
- Nothing is created in physical reality.
- Physical reality is the movie or program playing on a much greater, finer set that is you true reality.
- You are creating the movie, and you are so good at it, that you mistake it for all of reality.
- You are in the set and the movie at the same time.
- It may seem like the movie is real, but you are creating it by selecting and inserting scenes.
- The scenes and details are selected elements of probabilities.
- You choose events from a supply of probable events in the same basic way you choose ingredients to bake a cake, or an artist chooses color paints from his pallet.
- Probabilities are selected by what you think.

How to create what you desire
Applying the principle that thoughts create matter is easy when you know how.
We must first learn and understand different methods that work. Faith (I do not mean religious faith) is central and key to the process. The thoughts create matter formula is very simple.
To manifest effectively, it is necessary to take a certain stance toward reality that is based on understanding and trust. We attract and receive our desires by reveling in the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
When we have learned through trial and error, we know we will get results and so we trust the universe to deliver.
