A Plan for a New Civilization (Based on Internal Science & International Philosophy)
Internal Science and International Philosophy can be introduced in our film as part of our plan for a new civilization. We are creating an international community Pahoa Hawaii to test the viability of the theory.

A Plan for a New Civilization
It is possible to solve our personal and world problems by building a civilization on “a specific set of positive core beliefs” as opposed to the core negative assumptions previously accepted.
Doing so can lead to the creation of a new kind of civilization and behavior so much better than what we have now that you would think you were in a different world.
This is true and factual because your reality is a holographic projection of your beliefs. When you change your beliefs, your reality changes.
When enough people change their beliefs, the collective reality begins to change. Positive beliefs about human nature will create positive behavior and negative beliefs (what we have in place now) create poor behavior.
Einstein on the importance of our beliefs
“The most important decision we make is whether we believe we live in a friendly or hostile universe.”
“The most important question a person can ask is, ‘Is the Universe a friendly place?'”
— Albert Einstein
Keep what Einstein said in mind.
Have you ever noticed how loyal dogs are? Their nature reveals the nature of consciousness without interfering beliefs. If you are a dog with no beliefs, you only love, and you cannot be evil because you are pure consciousness.
Einstein’s friend and colleague, David Bohm, introduced the concept of a singular energy forming all components of reality. No matter how you slice the pie, all pieces (identities) are composed of the same good energy. How do I know? Through observation. That good energy is revealed by the dog’s behavior and the behavior of other creatures and children before they adopt beliefs from their culture.
If you were such an advanced dog that you were the first dog to adopt a belief and your beliefs were that you live in a friendly universe that is good (as Einstein hinted to) then you would be a kind dog. Your behavior would remain like it is and would not get worse. But if you were a dog that believed the universe was hostile and unfriendly (going against what Einstein suggested) then you would be prone to biting and being a very mean dog.
And this is exactly what has happened to humanity.
The belief systems that have given us the modern world promote unkind behavior. We are like a good computer with a faulty program.
If you put a kind dog in a pen or if you mistreat that dog, it will become vicious. Any creature would, including humans. The dog makes an assessment on an emotional level which is the equivalent of believing it is in a cruel universe.
That is what is happening to us. We all have emotional damage (from mistreatment) that forms a faulty emotionally held belief that we are in an unfriendly universe. This toxic poison is like a virus. It is spreading rapidly because we have been taught that we live in a hostile universe, that we are in a rat race and have to bite and fight to wrestle our slice of pie from the rest of the rats who would love to bite us to get their fill.
So that is how it is. It is very simple.
To create a new kind of civilization only requires a different set of assumptions. Those root assumptions are not going to be based on flawed assumptions but on the facts we have learned from physicists like David Bohm coupled with observation. Because we need only accept facts to form a new kind of civilization, it is entirely doable.

The climate emergency
“Thirty years ago, all the climate models predicted the human induced climate change we are currently experiencing. Based on past cycles, we predicted at least ten feet of ocean rise by the end of this century..
“When I was 13, I designed 100% solar heated and cooled low income, sustainable homes and modular solar systems that I sold through the American Supply Company. When I was 37, I founded the Altruistic Movement. The world was not ready for either, however. There are people who feel threatened by new ideas.”
Internal Science reveals that there is one energy movement
There are no hierarchies of consciousness. Understanding this is central to healing the planet and divisiveness.
We are all composed of the same basic form of consciousness. The quality of consciousness can never be diluted. It is the same high quality in all life and all life is Divine. All life comes from the same pie. The fact that dogs are so good reveals that consciousness in the absence of distorted and false beliefs is automatically good. That’s my main message. When we stop believing that something is wrong with us, our behavior toward ourselves and others will change. We will at least stop killing each other.
“My books, my movie, and everything I have created is my contribution or my part in bringing humanity to the next level.”
— William Eastwood.
Nondivisive
I did a Google search and I couldn’t believe that the world nondivisive did not exist, but it does now.
The science and philosophy I teach holds the answers we need to unite the world. Internal Science and International Philosophy automatically creates nondivisiveness. Kindness does too.
I need anyone who is nondivisive—who is not blaming a person, group or region for the world’s problems—who wants to help unify the world.
Something that will work
When it comes to solving world problems, the more conventional approaches don’t work — they are what got us into trouble in the first place. We are offering something different that will stop violence, division, unhappiness, illness, and will create peace and prosperity.
People are coming together now. We have a new initiative to create a better kind of civilization with less negativity, degradation and chaos.

“Earth Network Community will be in a movie.
The title of the movie is designed to appeal to young people but it is an educational film for all ages to enjoy.” —William Eastwood.
The enemy of humanity is divisiveness (and certain beliefs that are responsible for the world’s problems). If you are going to have an enemy, make it those who hold beliefs that are creating divisiveness, but better still, be pro harmony and correct beliefs. If you have no enemies, then you are moving the human race toward a new kind of civilization.
The science paradigm that will lead to a new world begins with the concept that there are no higher or lower hierarchies of consciousness. The idea that no person or life form can be better than another is rooted in a concept of singularity.

At age 12, William Eastwood said, “I can change the world,” and he picked up a pencil.
Less than a year later, William’s school counselor called Yale University.
