I posted this blog illustrating the availability of inexpensive building lots in Hawaii as an example of how to manifest something. You don’t necessarily have to manifest a million dollars to create your dream.

I also want to open your mind to the possibilities that exist in your life. You can have anything you want in life. Be sure to use my daily affirmation post to open up the most favorable probabilities.

If you want to live in a magnificent community with positive, spiritual and humanitarian people, you have found it. Homes are off-grid or have public utilities and all the luxuries one could ever dream of.

This is a super healthy environment. Many people grow their own food and have fresh fruit growing on their property. People living here have the highest life expectancy in the U.S. It is a safe and healthy place to live.

Nothing is required of you except the ability to buy inexpensive land in the state of Hawaii. In Pahoa, Hawaii you can buy a beautiful lot for as little as $7,000.00. The land is inexpensive because of a volcanic eruption on the island in 2018. You cannot be harmed because of the slow moving nature of volcanic activity and the odds are in your favor that there will be no further activity anytime soon. 

The exotic beauty of this undiscovered, rural paradise is in part due to the fact that the island does have volcanic activity. But that doesn’t stop people from building multi-million-dollar homes on the ocean in this thriving eclectic community.

I am planning on moving from Colorado to the Big Island in October of 2024. My heart has been set on this area of Hawaii for several years now. It took a while to find the perfect place to develop a community.

If I get enough people interested in living in an off-grid community who have a spiritual, positive and humanitarian mind-set, I will go ahead and subdivide an area of land to accommodate them.

How to reset the mind

Most people fail because of the"monkey mind." Random and haphazard thoughts can bring about stress and failure. Thoughts should be controlled and deliberate until new habits are formed. 

By reorganizing your mind around positive principles new circuits are formed in the brain. The mind is then conditioned to feel good and to focus on the positive. You will then manifest what you want most rather than what you don't want. 

You can choose to focus on and be grateful for everything good in your life. You can wake up and appreciate the new and original day, your existence, opportunities, the fact that you create your reality. If you do that, more of everything good will come into your life. Neurons will be created that form connections to all those things you appreciate, forming wiring in your brain that tunes you into everything you love. Your focus will manifest more and more of those kinds of events, despite the seeming odds. Having extraordinary fortunate good luck is called synchronicity.

Pahoa has restaurants, a post office, banks, grocery stores, organic food market, gyms, fast food, gas stations, black sand beaches and places to explore. We will be growing all our own exotic tropical fruit, fresh food and coffee. There are also many outdoor activities to enjoy for healthy living. These facts are partially responsible for the fact that there are only three places on earth where people live as long as they do in Puna.

About 50 years ago I discovered ideas about reality that were so fantastic that all I wanted to do was share them with the world. So, I set out to do that. I spent decades planning how I would help humanity to avert the dark future and instead experience a heaven on earth unlike anything previously imagined. But instead of a warm welcome, something unspeakable happened that took me a long time to recover from.

I was sure that humanity would have embraced the new science I had discovered. I imagined that the world would be completely different in 50 years. But here I am 50 years later, and almost nothing has changed, but instead, humanity's problems have grown far worse, and the world seems headed toward a dark future.

Public objection to new ideas is always proportionate to the significance of what is resisted. In this case, cultural resistance is an attempt to defend a worldview in its last gasps before its death.

There is a revolution in thought taking place. Every time in history that this has happened, it has caused a cultural backlash of conservative thinking in certain segments of the population.

During most of the 16th and 17th centuries, the Catholic Church persecuted scientists and forbade people from reading certain books. Nicholas Copernicus and Galileo Galilei had their books banned and Galileo was tried by the Inquisition.

Anything that is contrary to collective assumptions is always initially resisted. That is why a conflict arose between the U.S. government and David Bohm. Despite Albert Einstein imploring Princeton to keep Bohm as a university professor at Princeton, Bohm was forced to leave the U.S. I have had a similar incident in my own life.

The problems we face in the world today are symptoms. If we do not solve the underlying problem and change the world's thinking, additional existential problems will continue to besiege us.

This is a philosophy that gives the individual power over those who try to take the individual's natural power away. Socrates received the death penalty for "corrupting the morals of the city youth in Athens." Socrates did not survive because he didn't have International Philosophy.

The alternative is mainstream philosophy, and it does not work because it is based on myths. If you don't want to achieve your goals and live your dreams, get something other than this book.
